AGM Expectations

Based on recent info obtained in discord I think we need to solidify expectations for AGMs.

Expectations
Validate and initial approval of all characters including advances.
Maintain the RP thread.
Help keep the plot moving when GM is busy.
Perform quarterly post counts.
Update Advancement Tracking thread.
Help recruit new players to fill vacant spots.
Keep AGM and character post separate.

EP

I will roll 1d56 for each of your initiative cards. I do not reroll duplicates, instead there are 2 extra Joker positions. Ties can be broken by an athletics roll.
