Background

As a boy Radecliffe grew up in the Burbs surrounding Chi-Town with his Mother helping with expenses as a fairly successful thief. Neither he nor his Mother realized it at the time but his modest thieving abilities were greatly enhanced by the boy's burgeoning psionic powers. They didn't have much but they were happy and avoided trouble. That ended the day the Psi-Net patrol started working its way through the neighborhood looking for unregistered psychics. His mother had long begun to suspect that the boy was gifted in ways she didn't understand and though she knew it was her duty to turn her son into the authorities for testing and recruitment she just couldn't allow him to face such a fate so despite the dangers she told the boy to flee out of the city. Taking his massive canine companion Max with him, Radcliffe quickly made his escape into the wilderness southeast of the city.

Over the years Radecliffe grew to maturity living alone in the forest with only his animal companions for company. If he needed supplies he would initially creep into a town just long enough to steal what he needed. Later he would occasionally interact with with local villagers to trade for what he needed. His survival skills and knowledge of the forest easily allowed him to harvest many herbs, berries and nuts that were popular with the villages in the area. While on his home turf he tended to avoid contact with strangers especially if they wore the dreaded Dead Boy armor of the CS. He did, however, tend to shadow such interlopers to keep an eye on them and if these strangers threatened to disrupt or harm his home Radecliffe did anything necessary to clandestinely harass or sabotage the intruders until they gave up and went away.

Radecliffe is tall and lanky figure with a wiry build. His current companion is a wolf named Fang. His preferred weapons are archaic slug throwers such as shotguns that are easy to maintain and have few high tech components.
