Spoon Fed Recap
The home stretch is fraught with insurmountable odds. Lets even them!


It was a frantic scramble through what must have been a terrifying creature’s lair. Bones, human and dinosaur like littered the ground. Webs covered the ground Which was a smorgis borg of rotten wood, stalagmites, and piles of filth and disease. The horde was on their tails during the decent and this mad dash and the greater demon hurled insult after insult, ” Is that all you got Heroes? I have seen better! You have a psi-ghost for sake, like a virgin ghost or something. What is that? The imp that could? Oh oh another Apok to play with! Yes!” Despite all that the heroes made it by relying on love and each other.

What happened next on the plane unseen did not require any special vision. A bright light appeared around the heroes of the hour as celestials from a pantheon descend taking their chance to join with Asnir in a what was latter described by Erin Tarin a fool hardy attempt to thwart XY in its apparent weakened state. They were Angels and Beings of Light known just by their function mostly as a court that opposed XY’s awaking. The Scribe, the Queen, The Judge, and The Key Keeper umong others all appeared resplended in their armor with staff and sword held high joining with Asnir and his ever trusted ally the mother Epim for one final strike. But it never happened, XY was merely toying with them as a cat would with a mouse. Their light, with a laugh wretched as any, was snuffed out by a quick dark ethereal blade of blackened cosmic energy. With a painful scream they were all vanished say for Asnir and the lady celestial with golden hair known as the scribe. They two were cast from the ethereal plane by XY’s blade and made mortal. So drenched in blood they were slick and made the ground painted bright with their divinity. They lay at the feet of the resolute heroes struggling to get up and struggling to breathe.

Xy laughed, cruel and penetrating, and the horde of vampires now completely clad in coalition dead boy armor of red hue paused relishing in the defeat of the divine before preparing to redoubled their efforts to kill the heroes. Even the bat like demon chuckled mocking the divine and heroes alike singing a little ditty, ” Oh no! The angels met their match! Dark elf connected to the Apok bone, Apok bone connected to the Magdalena bone, Magdalena bone connected to the Chang-Ku bone. Chang-Ku connected to the dwarve bone. Nom Nom Nom! Time to meet your maker, oh wait you already did. Me!” His leaving out of Brody and Kir was no mere accident it just made the vampire’s pound their CS make vibro swords and cackle even louder! They clamored for more divine blood to be spilled. Several thousand vampires began to shout, ”Asnir Asnir!”

Asnir was quiet looking blankly up at he cavern ceiling. His armor had been rend in twain and sword lay shattered on the ground. Only a low groan escaped his lips, ”I have need of your strength... Kir... His voice was hollow and empty as if the will to continue the fight had been shattered.

The Scribe’s golden locks were made red with blood. Her face was forever marred with a gash from a blade that had bit deep. She was able to bring herself to one knee unsteady and breathing hard. Her gaze swept accross the heroes finally resting on the young sister of Hans who was not quite an adult by dwarven standard (the sister). Her voice quivered full of pain, ” We... We... Failed. Architect... You know what you must do.” She pointed a blood soaked finger towards a narrow gap in the cavern wall just down the way. Beyond it, the heroes could only see fire. ” The moment comes when you heroes must go... Body’s sword is the key, the dwarf child the reactant, and the knife given to Architect the catalysts...” At her words Hans’ sister clutches him tightly. While not physically harmed apparently being alone down here has done something to her. She has barely spoken. The Scribe’s voice fades as a nearby rock wall comes smashing down!

The head lights of a Mark IV comes barreling through the wall towards the heroes sliding to a halt a mere 10 feet away. A woman was at the wheel and its main hatch opens up with a bright light flooding the cavern and temporarily driving the vampire’s back. An automated warning system blarrs cutting through the noise of the hatch dropping, ” Door Ajar. Door Ajar!”

A heavy footed clank comes down the ramp, and out of the hold, obscuring the bright flood lights for a moment. Commander Kurling of the CS shoulders a railgun and in his patient monotone voice said, ” All systems running. Let’s take the fight to the vamps.” The old ally last seen dismantled, now appeared with a body made of reinforced silver, and flanked by a pair of technowizards. One a dwarf, named Tera Silverforge armed with a chrome shotgun. The other a human woman named Audrey whom gave Penitent a wishful nod while she lifted a tw tommy gun filled with wooden stakes. Backing them up out strode Nestor, and Yodh wielding weapons with conviction and they silently nodded to the heroes. Next came Melody a young acolyte of Asnir her face seemed fraught with concern looking from Kir to Asnir lying on the floor. Next to her Taylor Thomas, the young budding TW, heaved a laser rifle powered by sun light. 15 other rangers the heroes had brought with them on their journey also stepped out of the hold.

Audry AKA the rattler grinned at their timely arrival looking out into the cavern filled with vampires, ” Sorry it took us so long. We hand a hard time finding you.” Penitent can feel her gaze linger on him for a moment too long.

Karl chuckles at the assembling of allies. He held his phone out taking a group picture. The newly minted Apok, tried her best to capture the gravity of the situation, ”The Mountain does not waver against the water.”

Karl laughed twirling his blade and slapped her behind, ” Almost. You got to mean it. Poppa Pen always has the best lines.” Despite his earnest jest the new Confessor glares at him until Ashlyn’s white dog shrinks down from a 16 foot dog to a purse sized white fluffy dog. The dog yips softly.

Rod beeps and hovers near, ”My master’s allies the dog is right. We cannot delay or the vampires will be our doom.” Sadly his translating processors did not quite get the translation right or he could have better prepared the heroes for what was comimg.

Penny kissed Brody on the lips and whispered, ” Thanks Hero, lets get this finished.” She winked pulling out her silvered vibro blade.

Nestor gave Ashlyn a peck as well glad to be back in her company. ” Its warms me heart you are still so fetching.” Clearly alive was also true as well.

Yodh looks at Ndreare with a strange smile,”I am not going to kiss you Ndreare. But I am glad to see you alive.” One eye broqw raised in classic quizzical Yodh fashion, ”Vampires in armor is troubling and unexpected.”

The enforcer frowned bending low near the Scribe and looked at Architect reminding him silently of the promise he made. The Lady Scribe smiled despite her wounds and grabbed Asnir’s nearby limp hand, ”Look Asnir... Look at them all... Heroes each and everyone.”

Its like two seconds in the eye of a perfect storm. Having made allies and friends who returned unlooked for brings one hope even in these dark places.
Mercy
What brings you down here. Well... Reports of your old friend Jessica Bronze joining up with Reid’s rangers have led you on a bit of a wild goose chase. You’ve been on the road heading into mexico for some time hearing rumors about a group of resolute heroes who’ve seen fit to take on the vamps. Well you turned south at del Rio and headed along the mountains dodging alien space ships, past a burnt down stronghold, and finally arrived at the mountain called Zacatecus, only it was no longer a mountain and instead it was a rubble filled landscape reminding you of an alien world. Finally Jessica’s glitterboy homing beacon went off and Mark said it was down below. A bunch folks needed a ride too wanting to save about 3000 of their friends and you plowed down through some janky looking lava tubes tracking the beacon. Its close now.

React and before the vampires begin their final onslaught share a story of hope that will inspire those around when the darkness is at its most black. +1 advance.

Architect. He wonders if that is even his real name. Now it seems that He is One Who Walks Among Gods.

Whatever the naming situation is or will be, Architect stands looking at the masses swirling around him and thinks of one Rill Lightwalker of the 18th. In a few brief moments with him, Architect recalls a statement, maybe a quote from some book, Architect is unfamiliar with.

Upon the walls of Maron, watching the Blue Hand descend on the small town, Architect had looked to @Rill l. "The odds seem to be against you and I."

The Bible reciting Mystic had said, "Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them." Architect had not really understood the meaning of it until after the Battle, the forces and powers had been totalled and brought to bear. The preacher had been right. The side of truth and justice had prevailed and They that had been with them, were more than they that had been with them.

Architect was certain that the Preacher had no idea he had been speaking to a dragon in disguise. Architect had looked like a young Marronite boy, who was curious about the events unfolding in and around his town. The conversation had been brief but the statement and point had been made.

Now Architect was standing in among the resolutes allies. Gods to the left. Mortals to the right. The redeemed in the front. The saved to the rear. It was sight to behold. Oh and there were vampires ... everywhere.



The sheer about of evil and vileness weighed on Architect like Atlas who held the world. Sure Architect shrugged off a few vampires and swatted a few more there. Ripped off a head or two and flamed a few more. The sheer numbers en mass were oppressive at best and over-whelmingly offensive at it worst. As darkness crashed over his psyche and depression and loss weighed heavy on his soul. Just when it seemed the worst the thought of balance crossed his youthful mind. If evil is concentrated here, then somewhere else is having a fabulous and most glorious day.

His spirits lifted Architect faced the tasks ahead, even stooping to lend a hand to the fallen, welcoming them to take his hand, lean on his arm, even to be carried close to his chest. "I will be your strength when yours has failed you. We press on."

Ashlyn caught up Blanca as she suddenly shrank back down to her normal small size. She nuzzled the puppy and looked with astonishment at the new arrivals.

“Nestor!” She blushed at his kiss, looking down demurely, feeling all warm in her armor. “Oh, you should not have come! It is too dangerous!” she told them. But she was glad. This was a hard fight, and she was tiring.

“We do not have long. Asnir is wounded. XY is still powerful, as are his minions.” She stepped up to the battered god and said a healing prayer. “You are not alone,” she told him. She turned to the others. “None of us are. We have each other. And even here, down in the den of lions, the Lord is with us.” She crossed herself. “He has been here before us. He walks beside us. And he will carry us, if necessary. If only we remain faithful and steadfast in face of evil. Darkness always flees before the light!”

Eyes closed and breathing deeply, a sublime chaos of thoughts roared peacefully in her mind.

"Dani. Come here." A soft voice called.

"Jessica? Doc? Oathbreaker? Sir Gabbersleaf? Severin? Where have you all gone?"

Rainbows, kitties, Deadboys, Vampires, Dragons, Gods, Demons and Deevils. Glitters? The beacon. The. Beacon! Mark I feel it pulsing, we are so close. This is the trail to Doc and his rangers, and to Jess!

As Mark slammed through a wall and entered the cavern of chaos Mercy opened her eyes recalling, "Oh yes, I'm driving."

A FEW YEARS AGO

Doc Reid sat on his horse and surveyed the carnage before him with pride. He had spent far too much time in the lab in recent years, and it felt good to be back in the field – in the thick of things. This was the farthest south he and the Rangers had ever launched an attack against a vampire dominated town. A rather large town, at that. It was an assault guaranteed to enhance the reputation of Reid’s Rangers.

Half the town burned, civilian casualties were high, and still the liberated people cheered his name and wept with joy. “And why shouldn’t they?” he thought. “Am I not their savior? The messiah of this land?” He smiled at the confirmation of his position among the people of Mexico.

The raid had gone well. They struck an hour before dawn. A time when the vampires were still awake and active, making them easy to target out in the open, but within a window in which the sun would rise and come to their rescue should they have needed it. The sunrise also insured that any vampires caught out in the open would fry. The rest would be forced to take cover or die. Most of them, in a panic, would instinctively flee to their hidden lair. But his trained spotters and experienced Rangers would be waiting for that move. Waiting and watching where the vampires – morphed into bats, wolves or mist – would flee. After that, it was a simple matter for the famed Vampire Hunters to locate the monsters’ sleeping places, dispatch any protectors, and finish the job they had started. What surprised Doc Reid was how smoothly the attack went. He really was a genius, and his Rangers, efficient and impressive destroyers of vampire vermin.

The Vampire Kingdoms had gotten increasingly bold, and it was necessary to send them a message. A message that the land north of Muluc and Tampico was protected by Reid’s Rangers. That it was a land of relative safety for humanity. A land where vampires would be destroyed.

There was another message, too: The time of vampire domination in Mexico was drawing to an end.

From a distance, the red head female Crazie waved at Doc. He nodded in return. Bemused he grunted, Mercy had been so overjoyed at the pamphlet he had drawn for her. She was a down right crazy Vampire killer and unbelievably joyful .... those silly pamphlets he had scribbled out in less then five minutes had brought her such joy and she was passing the things out to others. It was silly he thought, but the darn things seemed to bring renewed hope to everyone she gave them to. Grunting Doc Reid turned his attention back to surveying the glorious carnage before him.

Mercy grinned and set Mark to park, slid out of the driver seat of the Mark 2 APC and bolted for the top hatch, flipping it open as she climbs to the top of the APC.

Mark states: "A Door is a Jar."

"Oh my gawd it is not. Shut up Mark!"

As the dust settles Mark states: "Air and Tire pressure alert."

Eyes rolling Mercy sighs and points the pistol out at a group of surprised Vamps.

“Hi deadies! Got some holy bullets for ya. HA!”

Waving her pre-fall pistol around, mostly towards the Vamps, Mercy grins at the assembled heroes, "Howdee peps! I ran out of gift bags - been a long trip to get here. Any o'you seen Jessica or Glitters? Oh a dwarfie, so cute! Oh, you guys need some help?"

It appears that one of the Crazies powers is to completely ignore danger and maintain a positive shiny happy attitude even in the face of so much evil.

Grabbing up a large pile of pamphlets Mercy tosses the papers down, "Read up on Vamp killing! Get your copy now! Low price of free!"

"I am so glad that your faith in Epim has preserved you long enough for you to escape the Vampires' clutches. Unfortunately, as our mother and father did before us, Gretel, we need to put ourselves between our clan and a dangerous threat. XY also threatens our ancestral clan, the Grubadoran, back in Shaintar as well as the Greubers here on Rifts Earth. Stay near the Grackle, Mitch and me. We will protect you as much as we can. Hold this Sunlight Pebble and use the powers Epim has granted you to assist us in fighting back the vampires as we make our way down to the Rangers."

Looking at Asnir and his current condition, Hans wonders if there is anything he could do to help the wounded deity, but deters to his sister's more comprehensive knowledge on the divine.

"He has kept his word and has led me to you, Gretel. Is there anything we can do to help heal or at least stabilize him? He has brought me back together with you. I owe him to do what I can to save him... or failing that to rescue the Rangers he has sent us here to help."

"Well guys, Asnir has collected us here to save the Rangers. As we see, he has given all he can to assist us in doing so, and now we must do what is necessary to make our way down to them and fight back these Vampires enough to get them out of here. The other Divine beings up there look like they will delay XY as much as possible to give us cover on that front. We just have to deal with these darn Vampires."


As he gives his speech, Hans can feel the warmth of another blessing from Epim.

"There will be those with the Rangers that will not have a language that those here will be able to speak. Here is a Gift from the Tower of Babel for you to use to make your needs and intentions known to those that will not otherwise understand you. Your Magic will most likely be used during the upcoming battles to reach and save those who you seek. Your sister... I have other plans for my Daughter and she will be too busy with that task to be able to help you manage the people you rescue on the journey back to safety."

In Dwarven"Dwarves Cute?!? We are Fierce Warriors... not CUTE! That Crazy seemed to have her brains scrambled more than the usual by those cranial implants."

"Help, the more the merrier in this situation."

Brody’s sword, Whisper, speaks in a gentle females voice to Brody in his head, “Brody, I am the sword. Stay calm, do not respond, he is trying to distract you. It doesn’t matter who others think you are. It is who you are by your actions and deeds.”

Then a voice that Brody seems to always hear, but no one else can, speaks to him in her high shrill voice, “Brody rest, there is still a far way to go. You and Penny seems to like, maybe, love each other each other. Now isn’t the time to be distracted by this vadeinky, listen but do not react, I have tried to bring some of the first people here but they are far away, they seem to be deciding what colors should be worn and what would be more useful. Oh, some want Fairy Dragons to ride. Oh, some like their Hummingbirds., Oh, and they are wondering what food to take.”

Whisper responds to something, “What is that buzzing in your head Brody, it is very faint and I can’t decipher it?"

Brody is getting confused two voices in his head. He knows that the Fairy Army may not arrive. He responds to both, “OK, Whisper that is a Royal Sprite speaking to me. Isilie, the sword seems to speak to me too.”,

Brody looks at Penny “The sword and the fairy are talking to me, I am not crazy.”

Brody looks at the miniature Phoenix, “Do you speak too?” Phoenix replies in his head, “Yes, I hear both of them.”

Brody responds, “Can you nod to Penny to tell her I’m not Crazy.”
The Phoenix bobs its head.

Jack looks at Penny, "See?”

Things seem calm, a moment's respite before the blood starts flowing over the litter floor of bones and other body parts. The battle above looks like and old video game where the gods arrive and all is saved, but this was not meant to be. Instead the gods fall, and they are left helpless in their current state. It looks terrible. The arrival of the CS vehicle and aide is much needed but what can it do if the gods weren’t able to do it.
Then the Scribe Speaks.

As Isilie speaks to him, "Brody are you OK? Do you need bigger Armor." Brody doesn't answer.

The others start giving there stories of encouragement and as they do Brody listens(and if possible uses the IRss to heal some wounds),
Brody responds, “Hell Yes, Arch lets go and The Young dwarf too. We all can do this, why do you think the CS fears us Ghost. Because of one ghost? No, they fear us because we are united. We Ghost do not tell of our accomplishment. We let others talk about our accomplishments in low voices and whispers. We are not one, we are Hundreds! Thousands!”

Brody pauses, “The Chinese story About the Stone Cutter wanting to be the most powerful person. He becomes the Emperor, then the sun and several other things. We believe the stone cutter is just as important as anyone, but we don’t sit back and watch him cut the stones in the mountain alone. We, get beside him and help. We may not be the best stone cutter but we will help him tear that mountain down."

He pauses and states,“If you strike down One Ghost, all ghost will be looking to revenge their brothers and Sisters. You all, are my brothers and sisters. The Mountain is afraid, because we are going to take it down!”

Penitent finds himself standing next to Audrey, not exactly sure how he got there.

"Why have you come? You were safe above," he says, startled by the despair he hears in his own voice.

Audrey looks him with an arched brow, then reaches over and pulls the demon mask from his face. In her hand, it slides away effortlessly.

"Made you feel better, did it, with me out of harm's way? Didn't have to worry about some vampire coming up behind and cutting me down, while you made some suicidal charge into the depths with Karl in your wake?"

She nods at the imp, who smiles and taps some note into his celestial phone before snapping a discrete photo of the Daughter's blood-soaked behind.

Peninent scowls.

"I wanted you to be safe, so whatever happens here, you can do what needs to be done for the survivors. To do what I need to do, I need for you to ..."

Audrey stops his words with a look.

"What you need is a reminder that you have more to live for than death," she says. "Have you ever considered that second chances are for more than killing all the assholes that made your first life a living hell?"

She laughs, and pats the apok's cheek before giving him a quick kiss.

"Don't think about it too hard -- just do it my way," she says. "And watch my back when the vampires come, like Karl's watching that masked girl's ass."

Ndreare listens to the update of events. This small moment of rest is something heavily needed. As the other interacted Ndreare’s thoughts were distracted. He found the concern over whatever magic had allowed the creation of these amulets. “Okay men, this is important, listen up.” Pulling the amulet from out to show the foul thing to the others he says. “This amulet made the vampire I slew invulnerable to silver, sunlight and even water. Only wood could still effectively injure him. To kill him I had to remove it and then kill him.”
Offering it up for the others to view he finishes. “Those of you with the sight need to examine it. I have found that the magic is so potent that is is difficult for even I to dispel. Then once I did, the power soon rushed into it. If they distribute these then there will be real trouble. I think Penitent can bypass this, but the rest of us need to be ready to be ready with alternatives. If you use your magic to wound and incapacitate one, you will need to decapitate it and burn the body and head while separated, or remove the amulet. ANYTHING ELSE will see the creature back on the field.”

When he sees Asnir injured and laying there Ndreare knows they cannot risk loosing their greatest asset. "Let me know what help you need Ashley." Then he moves and uses his own talents to aid her as best he can.

As the conversation develops on Yohd begins to think, remembering the last time thought Ndreare would die for sure. It was much like the condition with Asnir here. "The fever did not stop us, and neither will this..."

Yohd drug the girl through the plastic shower curtain repurposed to be their door to the improvised tent Looking at the fevered kid laying on the floor he was worried. “Your going to be okay Ndreare. I found a girl who understands healing. She will know what we need.” The fevered boy does not understand the words being spoken, the touch of the other child burns his skin with agnony, but it is all that lets him know he is not alone. The muffled groan and hand trying to with failed strength to grab his brother communicated all he was capable of. But his brother would not let it go.

As soon as the small adolescent girl, barely 30 looked in she instantly saw why she was kidnapped. “You need to move out of my way if you want me to help him fool.” She said angry at the elf who had taken her from the streets, at first she was terrified he was going to do something truly horrible to her. But now seeing what he had brought her to she began to understand. Examining the boy he had a blood infection spread for a knife wound in his leg. “How could you bring him here, look at this place it is filthy and this infection will kill him if he does not get some anidinitriem. This is just an infection that could have been solved by and medic in a matter of minutes. Why didn’t you take him to a doctor?”

Yohd was filled with anger at the spoiled brats words, cuffing her on the head he responded. “We did, but your people rejected us and sent us away. No credits, no treatment. Now it’s my turn. Fix him or you die when he does. Then I will go and spend the rest of my life kidnapping and ensuring as many of the rest of you enjoy the same fate.” His anger was causing him to lose focus, he needed to reign it in.

Feeling shame the girl knew what he was saying was true. Her clinic occasionally sent medical help to these lower levels, but they usually fell into the hands of the gangs and only the ones selected by the gang leaders would actually get treatment. “I, I, I am sorry. Listen, I need you to go get him some anidinitriem, once administered this infection will begin reversing in a matter of minutes. But there is not much time, I am new to this, only apprenticed 15 years, but I have seen infections like this kill in hours.”

Yohd knew he did not have money, but he had the skills that kept him alive for nearly 20 years on these streets and would not give up. “Tell me what the bottle looks like and I will find it.” Then he saw the look on her face. As if she knew his brother was already dead.

“No, you would never be able to get in and out of a pharmacy with anidinitriem. They would arrest you and you would wait in jail while your brother died. You need to trust me, I can get it. I can bring it here. But he needs to stay cool, you need to stay here and start washing him to keep as much of the bacteria away from him as possible.”

Yohd was trapped, if he let this girl she would turn them both in, his brother would die, and he would go to prison. But if he tried to steal it from a medical facility she was right. As it is he almost got caught when he dragged her out of the bathroom up on level 6. Trapped by the choice, he looked at her. She had sad eyes as she looked at his brother, this elf felt real compasion, a weakness he may be able to trust. “Okay, you go. But if you trick us, I will find you.” Like he could do anything. She could tell the authorities and they would descend on his brother and he in no time.

It was almost six hours later when he realized she was not coming back. Damn it, damn it. Why did he take the chance. He needed to get out of here, and his brother with him before they came, the police would be here and Ndreare would die. Grabbing his knife, and lifting his brother to his shoulder. He started out, the tears running from his eyes when he realized his brothers body was starting to cool down, no longer so fevered and he did not respond at all to being moved. As he went to open the curtain he saw it. The hover-van pulled up, surrounded by a half dozen heavily armed security guards, the elf that got out must have been at least 900, his hair already starting to turn grey. She had done it, she had turned them in. The harsh words of the old elf where difficult to understand accented strangely. “Put the child down Yohd. We need to work fast.” Yohd did what he said, but not so he could obey, he placed his brother down so he could kill as many of them as possible in revenge first. Drawing his knife he charged. But the pain, holy crap the pain, he was sent to the ground instantly his whole body curling around itself in a ball. As his mind cleared he found he was still trapped in the net. But he could not fight his way out, trapped he watched.

“No, I said let me go first.” The girl rushed around from the other side where she was grabbing the medical gear. She ignore the angry young boy and went to the fevered child.

The old man likewise stood over her. “What is the first thing to do here?” He asked patiently.

“Clean the injection site and administer the anidinitriem.” She said as she was cleaning the area without slowing. The old man’s nod was subtle, but she was right. The injection went in but nothing was happening the boys breath had already stopped. Panicked she looked at the old man. “Manual Resuscitation?” She asked as she began doing the work, no waiting for the affirmation.

The old man nodded. “That will not be enough he will need adrenaline to keep him alive long enough to finish your procedure, you may have some, but you will have to pay for that as well.”

The words spoken so flatley it was obvious the man saw this as nothing but a training opportunity. When it was all said and done the process only took half and hour. Ndreare was sitting up, weakneed and half awake. The old man examined him and nodded. “I will say that was a 70% efficient. I thought you were going to kill him. Standing up he looks to the guards. Release the fool, if he tries anything kill them both. It is time for us to go.

“Hurry up and get in the transport. We can discuss how to improve.”

As the guards left Yohd could not believe it. His brother was alive, everything would be okay. But they would not live like this any more. He began to make a plan, they would clean up, steal some clothes and head for the upper levels. He could fight well, but those guards took him down like he was nothing.
