So, How'd Pursuit Do?

5 Legendary- (Met all requirements, see Post for details) If we looked up GM gods you would at least be a footnote.

4 Heroic- Just about to Legendary, really only one thing is missing from your GM tool belt.

3 Veteran- Really good, you need a bit more experience and practice to reach the upper echalon of pbp GMs like VV, Pender, Corrigon, Snake Eyes, and Kahless.

GM Poll Third Quarter 2018

Pursuit, Game Master (GM)

How to “rate” the GM, their Duties:
• Post Rate
• Notify Players via Hangouts of new posts.
• Be available to Players

☞ Maintain a GM post rate at a minimum of one adventure post per week.
☞ Have the IM contact info of each player in their group.
☞ Notify all players in the group via IM or PM of new GM posts, and other important updates.
☞ Be available for IM chat at least one day a week.

Note: The above is used to “rate” the GM. I hope you guys have had fun this quarter, and thank you for your patience as I got some things lined up in my RL adventures. I'm looking forward to a fun quarter to round out the year!

One thing I particularly appreciate is the relatively quick "GM update" posts that you get out. I think it helps keep flow going, both of combat and of info.

  • Parley: All characters cease fighting and listen to the hero speak for at least 30 seconds. Others may only take defensive actions during this time. This has no effect on beasts and other creatures that cannot understand the speaker.

Judging by the numbers on the poll, I voted, but I guess I didn't mark it with a post. I love the story, I love the group, love the different challenges fielded by the GM. (Never realized how potent a simple "Slow" spell could be!) My only complaint is with the speed of GM posts, but that's not from a place of "you suck and you need to do better!" It's most definitely from a place of excitement. I absolutely understand the crush that RL can inflict on your gaming schedule. And you were very much up front with the slowdown, and gave us a place for RP to fill the gaps. I'm just over here jacked up for the next episode!
Note: I'm also delighted that I'm able to stay in this one. Thanks for fielding my uncertainty.
