Background
Dina Perry is a short woman of average belong to Russian and African American decent. Being an only child, she never knew her parents. She was raise on her uncle's farm in the CS State of Iowa. She never really got along with her family though. Likely because they were black and she was of a more paler color. Her uncle did try to get along with her at first, training her to hunt and shoot at a young age. After many fights and arguments as she got older, she left the farm to get an education. Being a natural with computers, she was recruited into a top school. Educations aren't free, so off to service for her country she goes. She is a citizen after all.

When Dina took an aptitude test, the results showed that she had high aptitude for computers and would be natural sniper as well. So off to Army basic she went, at the Chi Town, CS Army Training Facility. While there, she went through the basic communication and computer systems training courses. Then she took the advanced computer systems training course and the Information Warfare School. Her focus area however put her at the Target Acquisition Marksmanship School, also taking a Wilderness Navigation and Movement Training Course.

CM-RG-15X Manpack Electromagnetic Rail Gun (Patron Item)

The Coalition has copies of the infamous Glitter Boy, and have used its cannon to great effect in developing naval cannons, heavy installation rail guns, and a variety of man portable and power armor rail guns. It also uses them in testing armor and the like. But this miniaturized version has the flexibility, efficiency, and relatively light weight make it the most potent man-portable, anti-armor & anti-demon weapon system ever produced. It is being tested for eventual implementation for the forces that will be put in contact with the invading demons. The only drawback is the delay in discharge as the capacitors spool up to release the hypersonic sabot payload. Several cases of these rifles have been released for field testing.
